Shelby Frakes brings a multi-state perspective and a strong business background to Rose Ranch Realty. With a degree in Business Administration, she has served in a variety of real estate roles, from managing a boutique brokerage to working as a buyer specialist for one of Missouri’s top-performing real estate teams. She also has experience in recreational and agricultural land sales, working with a team of over 100 agents across a 9-state region.

Shelby is passionate about real estate as both a career and a lifestyle. She grew up designing houses alongside her father using CAD software, sparking a lifelong interest in homes and architecture. Her greatest satisfaction comes from helping others find not just a house but a place to truly call home.

What sets Shelby apart is her understanding of the psychology and marketing behind real estate. She knows how to position a home to attract the right buyers and maximize value for both buyers and sellers. To her, it’s never just about the transaction, it’s about the full experience.

Outside of real estate, Shelby enjoys hiking, photographing nature, and baking. She’s also active in her church and believes in giving back to her community. Shelby lives in the Whitehouse area with her husband and their German Shepherd, Gunner.
